Mark Costante
President

Mark is the co-founder and President of Tormac Mechanical who brings his extensive experience and knowledge of the trade to the Company.  Mark's services are invaluable especially with respect to his ability to overcome various obstacles that we frequently face during the course of construction paying close attention to aggressive construction schedules and administering the appropriate paperwork required to see a successful project through to its end.


Paul Costante
Vice President - Operations Manager

Continuing with 21 years of experience in communications and management, Paul is a results oriented professional who brings 'company organization' to a whole new level. As office technology evolves Tormac’s headquarters do as well. Paul correlates the modern use of computer technology and applies it into practical purpose which benefits not only the end customer, but the general contractors and sub contractors who are looking to get the job complete on time. Paul has implement many new working strategies which in turn allows Tormac to spend more time on what is most important, attending to our clients.


Ken Dekoning
Senior Project Manager

Ken DeKoning has a master plumbing license and brings over 25 years of experience in the mechanical industry with a wide range of experience in the different mechanical fields. Ken’s dedication and knowledge to the trade working in the Institutional environment contributes to great leadership and successful finalization of all projects.
